Andrew T. Pham, PhD, directs the Behavioral AI & Decision Science Lab at Astra Sciences. His research focuses on human-AI interaction, particularly how people perceive, trust, and make decisions with artificial intelligence. Drawing on social psychology and judgment and decision-making, his current work examines confidence and consensus cues, anthropomorphism and perceived agency, disclosure and transparency, and organizational AI adoption. He also studies how AI is used in research and higher education.
